With the last update was U-2VS released?  Don't see it in my planes list???

It has been released, but it is a collectors plane - so, if you didn't buy it, it won't appear on your planes list.

Thanks.  I thought collector planes came with early purchase of BOBP.

Nope, not this one, but I know what you mean...

There are two collector planes tied to each battle.  You can get them by purchasing the deluxe edition of the battle or by purchasing them independently.  There are other collector planes that are not tied to any battle (Ju-52 and U2 are examples).  They must be purchased independently.

I'd love to, but even at half the price, it's crazy expensive! I spend less than that on food each week.

I will certainly get it if/when it comes down a lot.

I spend the double of that on food each week.

If only we have all the money we want! life would be so much easy.

I spend that amount on food in 2 days

I stupidly spend that much on coffee in a week lol

...and AeroAce definitely drinks too much coffee. ?

I remember a first war pilot writing about the importance of drinking lots of coffee before flying. Perhaps he and AeroAce are on to something!

Is that so you can wet&/crap yourself easier when the sh!t his the fan?

(Coffee is a diuretic and makes many people need to erm... do their business.)

this sounds to me like the kind of 90's PC editing they did of the Biggles books - removing all cigarettes & references to whiskey. Now whiskey is what you actually want to drink lots of before you get a face full of castor oil...

People where a lot more prudish about alcohol in the late 1800s and early 1900s.

During the Great Binge? really? I had no idea.

The Great Binge was at least part of the reason people where so prudish about alcohol and other substances at that time. The Temperance movement was at it's peak of popularity. The evils of alcohol where a major talking point in both politics and the pulpit.

Pubs where closed en mass and taxed heavily in the UK before the war and then even more stringent drinking rules where bought in during the war. Russia and America would soon ban alcohol all together. Norway, Finland, Canada, New Zeeland and many other countries where severely restricting the use of alcohol at this time as well. Alcohol was being seen everywhere as a social and moral problem, far more so than today.
