Graphic settings

I have a graphic issue in my system that I believe it's just a setting in my graphic card, not a game code.

Can you tell me what is it and how to fix it.

I try not to focus on the trees. They are haunted. They fix you in their gaze and follow you whilst rustling quite damnations as you pass at low level.

 

I think its a game thing not a setting.
