UPDATED.

Saw it in person last year at Udvar-Hazy center, fuselage was moved over from the Smithsonian for restoration.

 

It is being restored right next to the Go-229. Finally seeing the 229 in person was a dream come true.

A complete aircraft, but a quite incomplete restoration.

 

It will be a long time before the restoration is complete - at one point it was stored outside for 22 years.
