Well, I hadn't seen this before

Having landed after one of Gambit's A-20 campaign missions I took a look around to see what else was happening, and lo and behold - a Russian destroyer with searchlights who was cheerfully banging away at a couple of 109s. I'm sure that some of you will know about this feature but working searchlights on a ship was new to me. I love discovering new things in this sim; it still has the capacity to surprise.

Tough first mission ...that's for sure.No plane icons at night make spotting tough even with VR! Russian gunners are wide awake & must have cat's eyes  Even up-gunning my 110 ,I must lower my expectations of quick & easy victories...

Love those friendly searchlights though..
