I just got this and it is an improvement to the stock foam.Easy to switch too. I did notice a less expensive version as well that might be just as good.

I bought it 1 year ago, and I loved it, until it broke recently, it started ungluing and the foam went out.

 

Now I use just the tissues over the stock facial interface, it's not as good, but I'm not gonna buy a VR facial replacement every year.

I wholeheartedly recommend getting a third party cover. I bought the VRCover washable fabric cover and a softer, more breathing foam.
