Add vertical scroll element for chat window.

Hey fellas,

 

Quick suggestion mock up here. Sometimes I miss important information for team-mates while checking dials/map, it would be nice to be able to scroll through chat history to see missed messages.

Already suggested long time ago... I don't know if it's hard/long to implement, but for sure we're missing it!
