Yesterday I bought The great battles version on your website. Once I installed it, the battle of moscow vanished from my computer and when i try to dl it from my account though it says I have to purchase it again? It says Order date: July 30, 2017, 7:42 p.m. Payment date: July 30, 2017, 7:44 p.m. in my order file. Perhaps it has to do with me having to separate email adresses registered on my account?

 

I´ve bought all Three editions.. Stalingrad, Moscow and now Cuban and they don merge as promised. I cant use planes from the different editions together? And now I Moscow edition dissapeared and is impossible to download?

 

I need some help with this //Trigger

Now, how is IL2 Great Battles supposed to merge your two accounts??? You can only merge a Steam account and a regular account under the

condition you use the same email address for your purchased products.

 

To sort this out, you need to open a support ticket - the problem you have can't be solved here.

Problem with the email is because Ive been asking for help to change it... cant do it by myself?

So long story  - short.... ended up with two separate emails!
