I am having trouble controling the roll of the Sturmovic with my fightersick. It doesnt want to self centre in flight ,I have to over control it in the sense that to get it re centered and the aircraft flying straight in flight by moving the stick in the opposite direction,it is as if the aileron sticks and the stick does not want to self centre.

This causes me to fly constantly waggling my wings which is quite effective at dodging flack but not much good on take off and landing.

Any ideas please ?

I have a CH stick too. Sometimes it seems it gets sticky. When I move the stick, and at the same time look at the stick in the sim's cockpit, I can see that the stick in the cockpit appears to be very sluggish. When I knock against the base of the joystick with my knuckles, the problem disappears and the stick becomes responsive again.

Make sure its calibrated properly via the CH software, I find I have to do this every so often.

Yes, try recalibrating using the CH software. Redid my own CH Combatstick about a week ago.

Oh, something else that just occurred to me - CHECK that the roll-axis trim tab on your stick is properly centred (it's the wheel located on the base of the joystick - ie under your hand when you are gripping the stick). If it is off-centre it will have the effect you describe.

(Did this myself once or twice by the way...:lol:
