Addition of a "Guards" (Gvardiya) badge medal after flying a sortie withing a Soviet Guards Regiment

A minor suggestion, as I haven't flown enough in the Career mode to make it past Senior Lieutenant on the Soviet side, I do not know if this award is already in the game, but it would be a neat addition to the ranks of already interesting, well-modeled and researched awards presented to VVS pilots, and like the Distinguished Service Medal and Aviation badge/pin, it would be a one-off award presented to those having flown in a unit bestowed with the title of "Guards Regiment".
