Alonzo Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with searchlights. My mission takes place at dawn, and I have several search lights active over a target. They are activated by a "timer 45" after mission begin, but I don't think that actually makes any difference. Mission start is Sep 21, 6:15am. Searchlights work great. At 6:22am or so, the lights stop working properly. They just 'flicker' like they want to turn on but are immediately turned off again. I tried to add a Date Time trigger for Sunrise to explicitly deactivate the lights at sunrise. But it's not firing. I switched to a Time of Day trigger to turn them off at 6:22am, and that's not firing either. At this point I'm going to try a "7 minutes after map begins" to turn them off, but this seems crazily broken. Am I doing something weird? I'd be happy with them just automatically switching off via the game logic with no triggers from me, but that doesn't seem to be happening. Is sunrise busted right now?
SCG_Schneemann Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 It's been broken for some time. I've sent a message to the developer but another won't hurt. Seems to shut off at around the sunrise time, instead of 45 minutes after dawn. Totally screws morning missions. Send in another bug log.
