License key not activated

Hi, I just bought this game on steam, but when i try to start it it just says #5 License key not activated. so now i cant play. I cant show cd key on steam, this option doesnt exist. so i cant register on the website. I wrote a support ticket, but the website doesnt allow me to check my support ticket. i tried to delete my account, thinking this might be causing problems but i dont get any mails from 1c. not sure if this is just extremly slow, or if i have accidentally blocked their email, cant see any blocked email containint "1c" though. anyone know how to solve this annoying problem so i can play this game?
