I have my game on Steam , and its not all I can buy in Steam ...        SO 

If I buy on Sturmoviks Homepage ..... how to use it in Steam  ????

If it prompted you to link your Steam/website accounts when you logged in previously, then you don't have to do anything. Whatever you buy off the website here should be activated next time you start the game.
