Might be a long shot but could you PM me your public IP address and I can check the blacklist?

Try other nameservers, like Google, not the ones set by your ISP.

 

There are some connection issues threads in the Atag's forum due to virtual network devices. Go to Control Panel - Devices and look at all network devices listed, disable any virtual ones and try again.
