and then I wanted to ask if the change (aesthetically) of the commands that visually is really horrible to see for example the cloche inside the aircraft jumps like a throttle and all the control surfaces.

Are you using a keyboard? The animations are smooth but with a keyboard its either all or none, so they appear jumpy. Cockpit animations are all getting worked on to further smooth the animations.

absolutely no use hotas warthog trustmaster while on the BoS2 is all fluid on the 2 coD blitz the hands of the instruments are all fluid but cloche type, throttle, aileron I see them shoot (although the movements of the plane itself is very fluid) so I think it's just a change to be made with a patch

Did you delete your cache folder after installing the latest patch?
