(MP) Locking fuel loads

Hi everyone,

 

I'm looking to set things up so that some Luftwaffe airfields can only spawn aircraft with a restricted amount of fuel (say 60-80%) as a way of representing German logistical troubles as the winter impeded their advance on Moscow. I've consulted the manual and as far as I can tell, there is a way to do it, I just can't figure out how. Page 332 points to it, and as far as I can tell, it's a SDS setting, but I see no way to configure this in the SDS.

 

Can someone talk me through it? It would be much appreciated.

See the picture. However, with fuel being in short supply, I would assume there would be planes with 100% fuel load, but just less planes.

I've seen that, however when I click on it, nothing seems to happen. There's no option to configure it that I can see, so I don't know how to set which planes have how much fuel.

Got it, thanks. Is that number a percentage figure (e.g 1 = 1% fuel) or the number of liters (e.g 1 = 1 liter of fuel)?

So if I wanted to set it to say 75% would I input a value of 0.75?
