How do you recover from a stall?

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong here please? Im trying to recover from the stall!

To get out of stall you need to pick up speed. So just push your nose towards ground and keep your ailerons neutral.

i tried but i was in like a flat spin :(

To recover from something, you need to recognise what is going on. You were initially in an inverted spin.  To recover from any spin, the nose needs to point downwards. And since you inverted, pushing the stick forwards won't help. If just releasing the stick doesn't help, you may need to pull the stick backwards, while countering the turn with rudder (not aileron) The problem then is that if you overdo it, you end up in an upright spin - with insufficient height to recover. Which seems to be what happened there.

Yep, like Andy said...that was an inverted spin and not a stall. I made a video a long time ago covering how to enter one and recovering from it. The hardest part with the inverted spin is recognising what direction you are rotating because if you make the wrong choice you will be adding rudder that will worsen the spin.
