Zoom out and in

What is the command for this? In cockpit, I now have the mouse wheel but there must be something I can command by buttons or minijoystick.

I have mapped zoom-in to hatswitch-0

and zoom-out to hatswitch-180

 

Controls -> Pilot head control -> Pilot head:zoom-in | Pilot head:zoom-out

Thank you. The buttons work perfectly but for some reason my G940 wont accept the hatswitch to command it

Strange -  I have it mapped to G940 JS hatswitch...

I just clicked on zoom-in and pushed the hatswitch up; then I clicked on zoom out and moved hatswitch down.

I didnt map it as an axis.

Works fine.

 

Edit: don't forget to 'unmap' the snaps views which are tied to up and down hatswitch positions by defaut IIRC

There are other commands mapped to the hatswitch, by default in BOS.   Remove them, and it may fix your problem.

Its already exist - you can map any axes as a zoom/fov slider!
