can someone tell me how to add dust or depth to the P 47s panels? they look a little flat and ive already tweaked the weathering and panel lines to my desire but the depth still isn't there, I like the ones that the devs made. can someone tell me how i can recreate that?

It's all in the .n file (if you're talking about the irregularities, that is). What you do, in short, is do your layers for an .n file and then filter the panel areas you want making irregular by rendering a b+w cloud layer over them and then save your .n file. It aint quite as easy as just layering over an existing file, you have to start from scratch with your .n file. I know this isn't very helpful but I haven't really got the time to go into it too deeply.

normal map textures are in IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\data\graphics\Planes

You can edit this map by using an unsharp mask or increasing contrast to make the panel lines pop a bit more. You can make a new one by using the template for skins and only displaying the panel line and rivet layers over a middle gray background. Then convert that texture into a normal map using photoshop or some other piece of software.
