IL2 Sturmovik latest version does not load old missions

After many months of absence, I returned to new IL-Sturmovik. By launching the program, via Steam, I had to wait for the update to the latest version, which turns out to be 3.008.
Everything OK, the program works well.
But the problem is that I can no longer load some missions I had created with the Mission Editor last January.
From the Main Page >>> Missions I can see the name of the various missions, I click but the program returns to the menu without loading anything and without issuing any error message.
If I try to load them from the BOS Editor, I get a message: "Error reading mission file" in the View Port window.
My hypotheses are:
- that there is some incompatibility between the missions created with the January 2018 version of IL-2 Sturmovik and the current one 3.008.
- that the BOS Editor of the current version 3.008 is incompatible with the one I used in January 2018 and therefore the missions can not be read.
Do you have any ideas?

If you can load 'any' of your missions in the editor....open Tools, select Resave All Missions In Folder.

Fantastic! I do not understand the reason why the problem occurred ... but I thank you for the suggestion. Now everything is back to work and I have recovered my missions ...! Thank you Thad!

Whenever there is a Game Update.... apparently many game files are changed. These changes cause some old files/missions not to work properly.

 

Fortunately, re-saving them updates them to the new game version and they once again work properly.  An annoyance, true but at least we can correct the problem.
