TAW not understanding it very well.

Hi guys. So I was able to create a profile for AXIS side but am wondering why I am not able to fly the BF 109 F-2 or be a gunner in an HE-111?

I've looked at the manual but it doesn't explain it. As far as the number map being played, i cud find no number in game when playing so I couldn't find out if the F-2 was excluded.

The BF 109 E-7 was accepted in game at least. And i had to go to a field out quite a ways. Is this typical?

look at your profile on the taw website, it will show what aircraft you have available in your hanger.

1) You can't be a gunner in somebody else plane on TAW (you can only be a gunner of your own airplane)

 

2) Regarding 109 F2, we are currently on map #2.
It's written here ("Tactical map #2", right above the minimap) : http://taw.stg2.de/index.php
And if you check the manual, section "4 - PLANE SET" ( http://taw.stg2.de/manual.php ), F2 is written "0/1".
It means that you don't have any F2 in stock at the beginning. You have to fly Combat Missions until you receive one in your hangar, and then you will be able to use it (and if your F2 get destroyed... you have to fly combat missions again to receive a new one)

You were able to fly 109 E7 because if you look into the table, it's written "2/2" which means you have two 109 E7s in your hangar when map #2 begins.
