Return of Player Profile

Howdy, all.

 

I'd like to point out one thing that I've missed since it's removal, and that is the player profile page. This specific page didn't really have any room in the modern client after the old styled campaign was removed since it revolved around the player profile levels, campaign medals, and the "unlock tree".

 

I think this would be a good way for current and new pilots to read the stat pages that the devs have written up, because most of the time I encounter people that don't know about the specifications tab when they're playing a mission. I've even learned some neat things from them, like how all the IL-2 models have an auto rich function, or that the Fw-190 A-5's boost only works below 1000m.

 

I'm not asking for any badges or career stats to be displayed. However, I think it would be cool to be able to have somewhere that you can read the stat pages for all the aircraft, and view different modifications and camos without having to pick that particular aircraft and starting up a QMB with it. I wouldn't even mind if it was something like the References tab in Rise of Flight.

I actually would like to second this, the player profile tab was really handy for when you needed to look up a plane and see what modifications it had.
