[Solved] Aircraft Setup Screen Missing

Hi all,

 

as in the title : does anyone know about a bug like this ? When I click on the "[Aircraft Name] Setup" button, it leads to a void setup screen like in this screenshot so that I can't setup my ammo load, fuel, etc :

It happens both in MP and SP, with all aircrafts of course.. My Il-2 in a non-Steam version, if ever it's usefull to say.

 

Does anyone have an idea ?

I experienced this same problem in the past. Unfortunately, I think I got it corrected by deleting the entire game and reloading it. Afterwards, everything worked properly. ?

 

If you simply can't get it corrected any other way …. completely delete and reload.

Wow, that's what I was feared of !... I submitted a technical ticket so maybe will wait a bit to see what's their response. Then I'll do that ?

Hoping I could easily save my settings and my carrer before deleting...

I may add that I was looking for a "game files integrity check" button somewhere in the launcher but didn't find. Am I right that this doesn't exist for non-Steam owners of the game ?

There is a form of mission integrity check found in the Mission Editor... under the Tool section. I doubt that could help with the campaign missions though. ?

Yeah, I just got that.

 I feel like a complete idiot for sure ! ?

What happened is that I didn't spot that arrow which I know well though.. Maybe it's a tad too much transparent ?

(Looks like I'm not the only one who could mess up with it ?)

I just experienced the same issue.  I do not, however, know how the selections screen became minimized.  I guess it happened in the process of my deleting some files.  At any rate, a very big "hats off" to Ghost666 for his expertise.
