How do you get the new maps after buying the download

Waited a long time to finally buy Great Battles . Just to fly the P-51 and the ME262. Spent my money and got the down load . Installed and uninstalled twice and still no new maps or planes.

Already have BOS and BOM and BOK on steam .

The question is " What do you do to see and use the download you just bought?"

Didn't have this problem before. Developers web sight said That Bodenplatte would run as a stand alone game or through steam . The game does launch and come up ,but where is the new content I just paid for.

Is there something I am missing here.

Please someone I would hate to start looking for how to get my money back.

I know the purchase went through.??

Yaah - what you bought was early access to BOBP. It's not finished yet. Whatever content is available for it at this time you have.

After you start the game and get to the page where you can select missions... Look at the top right of the page. Your purchased modules should be listed. The gold ribbons beneath your forum avatar indicated that you have purchased BOM and BOBP as early access. 

 

Bodenplatte is a early access purchase like Tank Crew and Flying Circus. They are not fully completed. Planes and tanks are being released as they are ready. The P-51 and Me 262 along with the Bodenplatte map have not been completed for access yet.

As the other answers said, you can't play the P-51 and Me 262 for now because they haven't been done yet. You can play the Spitfire LF Mk IXe, Fw 190 A-8, Bf 109 G-14, Bf 109 K-4 and P-47D-28 since those were completed. Next Bodenplatte plane will be the Fw 190 D-9 (probably around late December?), maybe the P-51 will come after that.

The others said it already - "early purchase" etc.
So you have what you can get, and the rest will come, when it is all ready.

I know how you may feel - I am eagerly waiting for FLYING CIRCUS' first map and carreers.

 

Usually I do not buy any "Early Purchases", but IL-2 FLYING CIRCUS is now the first I made.
Simply because the IL-2 team have never disappointed me yet, and because I know that developing good and realistic sims is a hard and stony terrain.

 

I bet they could make a lot more money much quicker with other games, so I thought I'd support these guys to carry on.

I bet you won't regret it, once it is released, newbetrebor66.

But dont worry, when bodenplatte is ready to launch, it will be as awsome than rest of the il2 !

You wait for developers to finish them :).  I am anxious to get them too, but the maps tend to come towards the end of the project.  When the maps are completed you will get them automatically in an update.
