Brazil Server Berloga

Hi guys, last week I saw this server online (BRAZIL SERVER BERLOGA) and I'm sure it was based in Brazil because I had a ping of 23ms (I'm in Rio de Janeiro). I asked about it on the Berloga thread and got no response. Does anyone know this server and if it will stay around? I haven't seen it online since. 

 

It would be a great [awesome] option for the Americas, especially Central and South, since North America would be about the same distance from Brazil to the Russian servers, Canada perhaps even less. But it would still be an option.

 

If anyone has any info about it, let us know.

Yeah, on Sunday I saw another Brazilian server. I'm not sure if it's the same server just with a different name, but my ping was at 43, not 23 (as it was in the other). Let's see if it will stick, because it will also serve for South Americans, Mexicans, Americans and Canadians. Or even Europeans if our new submarine cable to Spain / France is already operational.

Cool, but I was looking more for an open server to the community. I don't recall seeing a server in the Americas (other than Wargrounds) since I started playing BOX in 2016 occasionally. Then the Brazilians could seed it, South Americans, Central Americans and North Americans and Canadians. The latter two might get even with Berloga in Russia, but at least it is another option 'close by'. Brazil and Spain were working a new submarine cable in between Rio, Sao Paulo and Spain, then it could be another option for the Europeans to face South American players with a somewhat under control ping.

 

Anyways, that sort of thing (if the seeding worked).
