simply and works exactly the same as the butkickker. 

 

I also added the headphone amplifier/splitter = $25

I can control the volume to the transducer using the knobs rather than the windows volume, that way it's 'independent' channels for your headphones and for your butt kicker. Recommended.

But I have Oculus rift , and as I remember the sound goes to the USB to rift headphones

I have the buttkicker 2. Love it. Adds another's sense to the simulation. Feeling the gear as they tuck into the wings or the thump of your weapons firing... awesome.

I just put together a DIY solution with amp, speaker wire and a couple of transducers. I am using Voicemeeter Banana to have my outputs go to 3 places: monitor speakers, Rift USB sound device, bass shaker amp. Works great, took 5 minutes to set up. I would highly recommend a butt kicker or home-built equivalent, it’s great fun.

Yes , I Will go after a buttkicker in future .....

As I know Ill2 don't deal with other ......bit I have goooogled and read about simvibe and other possibilities - but I guess it's  more for racing cars

in oculus settings you can have a sound 'mirrored' to the USB rift headphones. So you'll have a System sound going to the audio card -> bass shakers, and Oculus will mirror it to 2nd destination --> oculus usb headphones.
