Looks you have money to spare, if so I would strongly suggest a separate rudder, I personally use and recommend this setup: VKB T-Rudders Mk.IV with a matching VKB Gladiator Pro Mk.II joystick. They are designed to work together: there is even a direct cable connecting the two. The joystick has an adjustable tension (you get different set of springs with each) and it also has a metal gimball. To my knowledge no Thrustmaster, Logitech etc: uses a metal gimball, opting instead for cheaper, less precise and less durable plastic ones.

I need a joy that does everything, rudder, lots of buttons, preferably adjustable tension, and preferably very accurate.

Well, only Virpil (VPC) WarBRD base + Delta grip - a bit expensive combination, will meet all this requirements, Tm FCS or T.16000M or VKB Gladiator "vanilla" meet partially because don't allow adjust tension. Gladiator* PRO have adjust but don't have twist rudder.

Anyway VKB say in their forum last week that Gladiator production was interrupted, will prioritize produce "new" models (I think that "Kosmosima") which might make try find a Gladiator for buy a frustrating experience.

Wow. Just wow. The difference in price between his link with 25$ stick and whay you proposed is, i would say, substantial.

Tycoon, you should specify how much you can spare, because you can buy gradually better equipement starting from, let's say 40$ to about 1000$ and possibly even more.

The linked model have:

- throttle slider

- twist rudder

- good number of buttons, but like most of low cost sticks few (4)in grip, no "pinky" button

- adjustable spring tension (little) turning a plastic nut in bottom

* low cost/quality electronics and potentiometer, so forget about  "accuracy" and longevity.

Remember that old adage: "you get what you pay" or in this case a 25$ stick, considering that "high end" models cost above $200. ;)

I could spend up to a hundred i think, I forget to mention the reason i need just one controller is because im short on space currently. (laptop).

And sokol thx for the recommends the problem with the warbird and gladiator is I think they would be too big and heavy, the t6000m looks good, anyone know how accurate it is?

T.16000M is a good starter joystick. Reasonable quality for the price, but not that durable.

After using it, it should give you a better idea where to go next.

T16000M/FCS have good accuracy in X,Y axes - use there same contacless HALL sensor of Warthog, but ordinary pot in throttle slider and twist rudder, these may fail with moderated use. Anyway is the best "entry level" stick in their price range. Is with 43% off in Amazon (Black Friday?), a bargain.

For a bit more the choice is Gladiator "vanilla" - still available in X-Plane.or store.

Their plus over T.16000M/FCS is contacless sensor in twist rudder = better accuracy/longevity.

Hi)
I prefer Thrustmaster T16000m. I adjusted to this type of joy really quickly. Besides, Exterme 3D Pro is a good choice too. Check out if you're still looking for a qualitative joy.

I had a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro (I sold it) and I still have two T.16000M out of three I had in total. All three T.16000M are/were the old version (green, not orange).

As I said in my previous post, T.16000M is not that durable. For the first T.16000M I had I got my money back when the trigger button failed in warranty. The trigger from my second T.16000M started to act up, too, but mostly still works. The grip from this 2nd one has some play (mechanically;  the sensors are fine) in the center zone and it seems that the potentiometer from twist on this same T.16000M is starting to also fail. I should mention that I mostly used this 2nd one as a left stick (as strafing stick + roll on twist) in Star Citizen (when I was still playing that). In a fight sim a joystick has a much gentler use so it should last longer.

The grip shape and grip buttons (quality/feel of the grip buttons) of Logitech Extreme 3D Pro are better than the grip shape and buttons of T.16000M. And also you have two extra buttons on Logitech Extreme 3D Pro grip, which is a big plus (buttons on the base of any joystick are mostly worthless).

If you have to use the throttle slider, I like the one from Logitech Extreme 3D Pro more.

But the X&Y axis precision of T.16000M is greatly superior to what Logitech Extreme 3D Pro has. It's something you really notice in games, not just marketing speak.
