Promo Code trouble

So I was planning on using the 25% promo code from the feedback thing today, I applied it and went on with the transaction, my card somehow got declined so I sorted it out with my bank and they said they blocked the transaction because it looked suspicious. Once I told them everything was fine I went back to purchase my new collector plane and behold: the promo code "has already been used" even though the first transaction never went through. Am i screwed or is there something I can do? Also what is this autumn sale, weren't collector planes always $19.99? Thanks and happy flying.

You must wait 12 hours. Promo code will return to you as "valid". Just wait.

Same happend to me with the promo code and i can told you after 12 hours its the same situation.

On top i want to buy now without the 25% and the new payment service provider dont want my money payed with paypal.

Mine was reset to “valid” after 12 hours. Try sending in a support ticket.
