Help required

Hi all:

 

  I just bought BOS the second time about a year or two after the first. My problem seem to occur the same, its hard to navigate its so laggy. I cant even took control of my cursor, so is the plane cant be handled. Its unbelievable after I already have i5 6400 card. Someone told me its already a good rig but why? My rig is ok but even upon the menu stage my mouse control is out of proportion compared how other games usually runs. What could be wrong this time? I like the game graphics,etc, since im an IL2 '46 Fan. Any help is much appreciated.

One thing also I cant play offline without steam? it ask for a code number. Well I probably had once years ago so this could by the answer why I cant. My steam online is terrible 300 ping, so I want offline if someone could help me. Im from Philippines. No online would accept me but kick me,  except for the rare ones of course. My first time and post here anyway. I uploaded a pic I think...below shows my registration.

Definitely need to know more about your system. So far you've identified your CPU as a i5 6400. We also would need to know the GPU (graphics card), driver version you're on, and how much RAM you have.

You ask for help 3 times with the same content! We need to know your GPU and grafic settings as said earlier in htis post! You cannot get any help if you ignore the questions made, the answers you give are essetial to be able to give you any kind of feedback! And please remove the other two requests for help as they do not provide anything new to your request!

Hi to all who responded and first of all thanks for the concern. I wish to know the graphics card on my i5 6400 PC desktop but right now this is just to acknowledge as Im not always knowledgeable and Im at work and my laptop is the one I used for this section. I bought an upgrade on my PC just for this game-BOS, and am still got laggy issues. My joystick is new, logitech extreme, a bit cheap but reliable.   I will give update as soon I arrived home from work on my PC video graphics.  Pls understand Im  new and busy full time.
