Banned from WoL Help / Advice

I got banned from WoL because I accidentally shot down a friendly bomber (I'm a newer player and dont have the shape of bombers ingrained in my mind yet). It says 15 mins but every time I join it resets. Does anyone know if this is permanent or what? It would suck if it is because I'm just starting to feel comfortable in multiplayer. I'm not a toxic guy or anything I'm just new. Do they really ban people for friendly fire first offense? What should I do?

Its an automatic script, it doesn't care if it was your first, your 15th - or if it was not even your fault.

 

Possibly contact =E95=Denlarik, the administrator of the server to see if there is a problem with the script not un banning you after 15 minutes has expired.

My understanding is that for some reason he has been banned on these forums as well, - so you can either try your luck with google translate and sending a message to him on the Russian forums (your login works on both), or posting on the Wings of liberty forums.
