Campaign based off The Spanish Civil War?

Wouldn't it be nice. If there was a Battle series based off the Spanish Civil War?

Reason why it would be a good Idea is because it was where the Soviet planes  (The I-16, Tupolev SB2, Farman F.400 etc )

and the German planes  (BF-109C, Heinkel-112, Ju-87A etc) met for the first time on the Battlefields.

 

It's where the old meets the new. We can call it Battle of Brunete...

 

Think of the possibilities .....

as a kid walking around the airplanes that were displayed as permanent monuments this type of 'conservation' really killed my thirst for knowing more about the plane itself.

I think it would be an interesting expansion - and I loooove the I-16 - but ultimately its a bit of a niche conflict. If the Eastern Front isn't very well known, the Spanish Civil War is even more obscure to the general population. I don't think we'll see it.

I prefer more expansions of WW2 but before Korea or Vietnam, I would rather have the SCW for sure. But I'm  Spanish so my opinion is biased
