CB77Don246 Posted October 29, 2018 Posted October 29, 2018 I can no longer use PayPal for the purchase of any items in the sale, I have used Paypal in the past but not now have tried several times with no luck.

They were like didn't u see the disclaimer , it says might take 20 min.. I thought it was unacceptable who has time to sit by the computer and stare at the screen for 20 minutes they really need to optimize their connection with PayPal

IceNinja Posted October 29, 2018 Posted October 29, 2018 (edited) I tried last night with my Debit card which I use regularly on Steam and purchases would not go through , I got one error which gave the option to start over the process and then got a second error saying the transaction needed secondary verification?? Crockett Posted November 11, 2018 Posted November 11, 2018 (edited) I tried to buy early access of Bodenplatte tonight using my Costco Credit Card and a second page popped up that asked for more card information -- some of which I'd already given -- such as the card expiration date. It also asked for the last 4 digits of the social security number of the primary card holder – which I thought was strange –except that it appeared to be trying to verify it was me using the card. After filling that page out, I got the same message as CB77Don246 -- which was: "Your payment was declined for security reasons". I also tried twice before quitting. So I sent a ticket to customer support and will see what they say about it. I think it needs to be easier to pay by credit card. Edited November 11, 2018 by Crockett grammer
