LA 5s8 2 stage Supercharger

When below and over 3500 mt pressing  left shift M will automatically switch on and off the charger ?  when  do you apply left shift S ? is left shift B for any non turbo and glycol water boosted models ?

Oh, and it's two-speed, not two-stage. Big difference.

you mean the notes when you go into mission ? if so there is no explanation on how to use it . If its 2 speed then how do you manage that over 3500mt  ? links to aircraft catalogue engine charger management pls .Since you are a tester can you pls comment on the keys i mention above , appreciated .

You set the 2nd speed when over 3500m; set the 1st speed when under 3500m.

so i press left shift M Key or left shift S key for below and repeat for over ? if i repeat left shift M key its on or off under 3500mt  .Should i apply left shift S key on off when over 3500mt ?

I remapped my binding to buttons so I don't know but when you check the "Controls->Engine controls" in the "Key mapping" menu you will find the "Engine superchargers mode switch" binding. This is what you need to switch between 1 and 2 s-charger speeds and nothing more is needed.

 

The "Switch engines boost: on/off" is a different thing.

i did tests at 3500 mt and i found the shift M engine control  switched on does the job at all levels . If i switch it off at 3500mt i press S designated key for supercharger engine 1 and set at 2 it does nothing the other does'nt do . Same when i go down to 2500mt set at 1 . am i doing something wrong ?
