The "Kommodore" about to land on Tormosin airfield after scoring 2 enemy Migs, March 11th, 1942

190 hits can be counted on the rudder of "Red 6". The engine had experienced high power use, thus the exhaust stains render the winter camo partially black, soaked with oil.

The "Red 6" cockpit. The plane looks war-weary despite being 4 months old. At that time of the war this was already a respectable age for a frontline fighter.
