Agilepig Posted October 23, 2018 Posted October 23, 2018 I bought La-5FN and Yak-1b on steam today, and I tried find license key to activate it on official page, but I cannot find those key anywhere. I activated Bf109G-6 before but I can't now. This function disabled? Can't I activate steam license key on official page anymore?
RedKestrel Posted October 23, 2018 Posted October 23, 2018 Is your installation all on Steam, or is it partially from the online store and partially from Steam? if so, have you merged your installations? There's been an overhaul the Steam/Company store integration and if you ahve content through Steam you have to merge everything and use the Steam launcher in order to have it work. If you bought it on Steam it should be activated automatically already i should think. I would try launching the game through Steam and firing up a quick mission to see if you can fly the planes. Maybe its already working.

I know I can use that plane in game. I just want to activate its license on official forum, too.
THERION Posted October 23, 2018 Posted October 23, 2018 I'm not 100% sure, but I thought it was done automatically. I bought BOS in a book store and had to register it through Steam and I never did something like that manually on the IL2-Sturmovik web site. It was suddenly listed on my modules, when I bought something in their web store.

1CGS Sneaksie Posted October 25, 2018 1CGS Posted October 25, 2018 Just to clarify, you can fly your new plane in the game, right? Then you don't need to do anything extra. Since we changed the Steam integration this Summer to be able to release new IL-2 expansions on Steam, you don't have to activate any Steam purchase on our website and there is no such function anymore. Your Steam purchases data is stored in your Steam account. If you run IL-2 through Steam, it just works and you have access to all content purchased there. If you bought something here, directly from us, you should link your IL-2 and Steam accounts - then you can launch the game from Steam and access all your content purchased elsewhere. The linking is described in detail here, but it is simple really and only should take a couple of minutes. But it sounds like you already did that, right?
