How To Change Ingame Name?

Probably a stupid question but I've failed to find an answer so far.  Here's the 'problem,

 

When I start the game, on the main GUI that shows your options (Quick Mission, Scripted Campaign etc.) the name at the top I want to change.  It's an old online name I don't use anymore.  Among other things it somehow has a repetition of my name.  See attachment.

I know how to change my forum name but not the name ingame.  I'd like my forum name to be my ingame name.

It's probably something simple I've overlooked.

Any help appreciated.

Last time I changed my name( removed a squad tag, ) I did it in profile , not in this forum , but where you have your purchases registered. And it shows in game

OK.  Squad Tag.  That's what I was missing.  Thanks!

Except...now my name is the same as my forum name but again, it's repeated, "Beebop54Beebop54".  I only put the name in one time.

What * * ?  Even my forum name is doubled.  What's going on here?

How can I make it singular?

 

EDIT:  Got my forum name back to singular but ingame name remains duplicated.  When I enter my forum name in the Squad Tag area I get a duplicated name here.  Ingame name remains duplicated even when I leave Squad Tag blank.

 

I must be making this too hard or something.  Anybody willing to guide me step-by-step?  If not I understand.  It's a minor annoyance.
