Hello All,

According to the Store Page Bodenplatte and Flying Circus have maps and campaigns.  Is this the case yet?  I always hold off buying until there is a campaign set in the correct location..

Cheers

BOBP map and campaign and FC map are not ready. And there is no any scripted campaign on the FC page in our store.

Thanks very much Black Six.  I'll have my wallet ready for the moment they appear though :)

We're all waiting for them.  They will get here soon enough.  One of the latest DDs showed some pics of work in progress and talked about a new generation process.  The results look like they are worth waiting for.

So is that why i cant fly the currently finished aircraft from BOBP in the Stalingrad campaign? Like i know the Spitfire, FW-190 a8 and the Bf-109 G14 are able to be flown in free flight but id love to fly them in a campaign and i cannot atm. Tbh i really want the ME-262 a1a but that's just me.

You'll never see any BOBP aircraft (produced in 1944) in the official Stalingrad career (Sep 1942 - Feb 1943) or Kuban career (Apr - Oct 1943).

Of course, as you can't fly BOK aircrafts in the Stalingrad campaign. Simply because they do not fit the timeline. The A8 and G14 are aircrafts of 1944/45, while the Battle of Stalingrad was 1942/43.

well it would be nice to have the option. i thought i could play them since i think its said you can use aircraft from BOM in BOS or vice versa but i guess ill have to wait for the campaign then :(

You can use any aircraft in the Quick missions, user missions and Multiplayer but we spent thousands of hours creating a real battle for the career with real aviation regiments, airfields and types of aircraft. I hope there won't such option for the career that you want

Is the plan for all of the volumes of Flying Circus to recreate the career mode from Rise of Flight (eventually)? That'd be excellent if so.

I believe that’s the hope - but it’s a long road.

In fact that would be the deciding factor for me to buy the 2nd module of FC. Without career mode it won´t be worth it. I think it is the central SP feature and absolutely essential for this game branch to succeed.
