Linking steam and non steam versions of il-2?

Hi, how do you link these 2 versions, as iv'e followed the pdf guide and still have this error when login. I have BOK and BOS in steam but tank crew in non steam, how did that happen? support is useless for me as they don't return the email,  I don't have the steam link page showing just this one. I can login using the green online button, but always have this showing when i start the game, and tried steam remove and re-install game remove and re-install, i love the game but there must be a way to link the 2 accounts? as i can't play TC in steam only on a separate il-2 version? Tony

Hi, I think what has happened is that I auto logged in with my old il-2 sturmovik account under another email address, when I purchased  tank crew , and logged out, logged in again manually into another account and purchased BOS and BOK  and steam was linked to this newer account? do you think  support will transfer TC to my newer account? as this was a self inflicted error on my part.
