Effects setting

Particle effects in this game are just absolutely hammering FPS. With the new update VR performance is unbearable. Even with my monster machine playing online with even very low settings is barely doable. The new particles are just killing performance, they killed before the update and they are hurting even worse now. There's gotta be an option to make them less heavy. Reduce the amount of particles for lower settings like the clouds. Exhaust smoke isn't worth making VR unplayable. There isn't hardware out there right now that can cope with this game.
