Appreciate the new patch - career additions

Guys, just wanna say thanks! 

 

The new grafix effects of 3.006 are great, but you also managed to get some updates into the career mode it seems to me.

Thanks for adding that end of campaign medal. Just finished BoM with one alter ego and carried him over to BoS and was surprized to get a nice extra medal for finishing BoS.

 

 Really looking forward to all the additional nice stuff you have in the pipeline.

That's always been there, and you got/get it at the conclusion of Moscow, not Stalingrad.

Nope its the first time out of 3 careers. And I meant BoM, sorry for the typo.

Trust me, that medal has always been there. It's nothing new. If you didn't see it before, it was because of a bug.

Ah there we have it. In 3.005 I wasn´t able to prolong any career due to a bug and prior I didn´t see it in 3 careers. Anyways, now that it works for me, I think it is a very nice feature.

As an addendum: I just finished the Stalingrad career with the identical character flying for I./JG 52 and continued to prolong the career to Kuban, but I did not get an equal "end of scenario" medal as I got when I finished BoM.

 

Is there no such medal if you finish the BoS career or is it a bug? If there is no such medal, wouldn´t it make sense to introduce a medal for finishing BoS career?

No, no medals for being part of the most disastrous defeat of the German army at that point in in time.  The only medals that are awarded are real ones. All the fake stuff went away with the old campaign generator.

Thanks for explaining. I see. Good to see we have the "Gefrierfleischorden" and the "Kubanschild" in the game.
