4K skins and mods in VR

Can you tell a difference when a skin is in 4K using VR?

Also I tried the mod for 4 K cockpits and couldnt see a difference.

I haven't checked but they say there's basically no performance impact and it can alleviate stuttering so I leave them on.

I know that's why I said I haven't checked. Then gave the reason for never using the 2k skins.

There is a difference between 2k and 4k skins. In SP I use 4k skins they give more subtle color difference then 2k. Haven’t tried 4k cockpit skins though.
