Which forum?

Recently, I've noticed several threads moved from the General Discussion Forum to the Early Access Forum. As long as someone knows where to look for the threads it isn't a big deal. Is there some (or should there be) criteria that would help us decide where to post? I'm thinking some valuable information or observations might be missed by a lot of us depending on who and where the threads are posted.

Every specific BoS feature discussion, based on early access observations, should go in the Early Access Forum.

General BoS discussion may be done in General discussion forum.
