Can only play T-34 quick battle

Hi, new to game BOS I can only play the T-34 quick battle, when I try the other KV-1 etc, I get the error message "10003 plane not available in your account" do I need to purchase another addon to play these other tank battles? Tony

Hi,

 

you need to acquire the pre-order Tank Crew. With BOS you're only able to drive a T-34 or the Pz. III. All other tanks will be available soon,

but in Tank Crew. So the KV-1 or the Tiger I are available only to those who pre-ordered Tank Crew.

Hi Thx for the quick reply, the list of  game ie; BOM BOS etc didn't display correctly with only the tank  folders in view, have now verified thru steam and now display ok, thx for the heads-up.Tony

Hi well I ordered Tank Crew thru the store and I have activated the key but no  Tank crew access thru  BOS on steam or on stand alone game. very strange system of game purchase? with no access to the game? I have the confirmation email  from 777 studios stating I have been successful in the purchase?Tony
