Microsoft Joystick

Have been playing Cliffs of Dover without any problems, downloaded Blitz from steam. and i cannot look around cockpit, or out of the cockpit? using hihat contol on top of joystick. but it works as default in Cliffs of Dover.??? Any help would be grateful.
