Radio transmition simulation to add to TS or Discord

Last week while flying online using Discord, one guy had a great immersive transmition with effects that simulated a radio with a bit of static, sounded like if he was in an airplane and realistic and at the same time clear enough that you could hear it.

Much more immersive.

 

Anyone knows about this software?
