Semor76 Posted September 16, 2018 Posted September 16, 2018 Due to some changes in the folder structure of CoD Blitz, the progress in user made campaigns wont save. You can play mission by mission but if you close the sim and restart, all progress is lost. Here is the fix for it! 1.Step: Download the available campaigns from Post#127 in this thread https://theairtacticalassaultgroup.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4430&page=5&p=319536#post319536 2.Step: Download my zip Archive https://drive.google.com/open?id=1nkAIssZK1jEFm24W6JagMLjwae4Rs4na Unzip it and put all folders into: User/Documents/1C SoftClub/il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover/mission/campaign. Allow overwriting, and you are done! The Zip archive contains the fix for the following campaigns: REDUX from Heinkill for TF : GB and DE Ju88: KG1 and KG54 Ju-87: II StG 1* Me110: Erpr GR. 210 (Me110)* Bf109: JG26 (in Russian...) , III/JG26, JG53 PikAs, two on Dunkirk (bd and dk), one Eagle Day (Adler Tag)* Spitfire: Spitfire on my tail 1 and 2, Spitfire dawn Hurricane: Battle of France*, Battle of Britain* If I forget something, post it here in this thread. Have fun!
Sokol1 Posted September 16, 2018 Posted September 16, 2018 (edited) In CloD (official "vanilla" or 4.50) campaign progress are saved in ...User/Documents/1C SoftClub/il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover/mission/campaign/"name of campaign" In a file called "State.ini" with this structure [Main] battleIndex 0 The # 0 is replaced by number of last campaign mission played. What commonly prevents register campaign progress is Windows UAC restrictions forbidden game create .INI files in Documents folder. Could be the case too that an 3rd part campaign was made to be played in "unofficial" ( - MOD) versions, and so the "State.INI" is created in ...User/Documents/1C SoftClub/il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover - MOD/mission/campaign/"name of campaign" This - MOD folder is not read by Blitz (4.50). BTW - By chance the files you download (Gabuzomeu) are very old - from CloD early days, for official "vanilla" game (pre 12/2012) that use the same folder structure now used by Blitz, since this became an "official" version. I know, and some of those campaigns are not working well. Piper-Kive has a thread over the ATAG forums https://theairtacticalassaultgroup.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13247 Those campaigns are for TF 4.3xx so they should be more compatible. I try to send him a PM and see if he´s still active. If so, and I get permission from him, I will search for some russian speaking guys here to translate those campaigns. Let´s see how it goes.
