PSD skin templates & skin viewer app

Is there any news about when the psd-s will be released? It would give skinners time to make some nice historical skins for the official release.

 

Will there be a skin viewer app, like the one we have in RoF? I find it very useful. One could work on skins while the server is down.

There is one in the game. That is called "Viewer.exe".
