Just purchased BOS though this site, says key is not active?

Like the topic, i have just got BOS from il2sturmovik.com, I go to my profile and find the licence keys, it says it is active. Downloaded the client and tried to log into my account.

 

Error#5: License Key is not activated.

 

Now i must say, i had the game on steam befor but could not run the game and refunded. I purchased the game again a couple of days ago and got the same Error: Error#5: License Key is not activated.

Without any fixes for this on the forums and not getting anything back from Support I though the best bet would be to refund again on steam and just get the game strait from the website from the account iv had since August 2016.

This is really wearing me thin, I would like some help solving this issue.

Have you activated your key yet?  Go into the web site and your profile and then click on license key.  If you've already done that, I can't help.

It says the key is active. after buying the game it already said it was active without putting the key into the text box and activating it.

also tried activating the key anyway and it says this key is already active. ill keep trying to login to see if its just been slow to register untill any more help.

Based upon the information you have provided... you have game access to BOS. ?

 

How are you trying to launch the game? With its' Launcher.exe? It should update your game automatically, if it needs updating.

 

Addendum: Did you 'download' from this site after re-purchasing it?

The issue is fix
