Stormurveln Posted September 7, 2018 Posted September 7, 2018 The star Betelgeuse in the constellation Orion is black. As an amateur astronomer I find this "bug" the most annoying ? 2
BMA_FlyingShark Posted September 7, 2018 Posted September 7, 2018 (edited) How could you find it, given stars can only be seen at night and, well, a black star in the black night...? Maybe it's an anachronism and they made it go supernova a few hundred years to soon? Have a nice day. Edited September 7, 2018 by FlyingShark 1
Stormurveln Posted September 7, 2018 Author Posted September 7, 2018 The sky is not pitch black, and the moon was up. First I noticed that a star was missing. Then I looked closer and saw that the star was there, but black. It´s very cool that the stars are based on reality, and not random as I have seen in other games. 1
RedKestrel Posted September 7, 2018 Posted September 7, 2018 Having never flown at night in this game...holy crap, the stars in the night sky are actually the real night sky, not just random dots?
