Joystick/Throttle inputs swapped

I recently completed updating the firmware on my MT50 stick and throttle. Of course this seems to have changed the ID #s for them. Basically, IL2 sees the throttle inputs from the stick, and vice versa. Is there a way to fix this without completely re-mapping everything? I also tried using an input back-up I had saved but the results were the same. 

 

Edit: Okay, got this sorted out, I opened the devices.txt file in the input folder and swapped the ID #s for the stick and throttle. Everything now works correctly.
