Just for clarification, the documents say cbm. I'm assuming that's supposed to be cubic meters (≙ 1000 L)?

Yes.

 

1cbm = 1000 ltr = 220 Impgal = 264 Amgal

 

A full load of fuel for:

 

Fw190: 525 + 300  = 825ltr

Bf109: 400 + 300 = 700ltr
